GERMAN CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS

German Choc. Cake Mix

¾ Cup butter

1/3 cup Eagle Brand condensed milk

Mix until crumbly

Press ½ of this mixture into 7x13”pan.

Sprinkle 6 oz. Cho. Chips and 1 cup nuts on top.

Melt 15 oz. Pkg. Kraft caramels with 2/3 cup Eagle brand condensed milk.  Pour over nuts and chips.  Spread rest of cake mix over this.  Bake 350 for 20 minutes.  Cool, cut into squares and remove from pan.
