LEMONY HAM SLICEBroil ham slice 4 inches from heat 5 minutes; turn and top with Lemon Souce. Broil 3 minutes until sauce bubbles. LEMON SAUCE: Grate peel of 1 lemon; cut lemon in half. Thinly slice one half; squeeze juice from other half. Combine peel, juice, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp. Prepared mustard. Serves two |
