TEACHER’S CAKE FROM JONES

2 cups flour                      2 cups sugar

2 tsp. Baking soda             1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup coconut                   2 eggs

1-20oz. Can undrained, crushed pineapple

Mix together by spoon.  Pour into ungreased 9x13” pan.  Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

 

FROSTING

8 oz. Cream cheese           1 stick oleo

1½  C. powdered sugar      1 cup chopped nuts.

1 tsp. Vanilla

Cream together.  Frost while cake is warm.  Refrigerate immediately.
